🔐 Log in to the Socxo Admin Portal

⚙️ Click on Settings in the left pane

👥 Select the Users tab at the top

🔍 Scroll down to find the User Password Configuration box
Set Password Expiry

🔄 Activate the toggle for Set Password Expiry

🗓️ Choose the number of days after which passwords should expire

✅ Click the Confirm Password Expiry button
-
⚠️ When the pop-up appears, click Yes to confirm
Result: Passwords of all users will expire after the selected period, prompting users to create new passwords, enhancing platform security.

🎚️ In the Set Password Complexity section, open the drop-down menu

🔒 Select the desired level of complexity

📢 All existing users will be notified to update their passwords to meet the new complexity requirements
