Can I move a mandatory category to option category and vice versa?

Yes, you can move a mandatory category to optional and vice versa.

  • ⚙️ Click on the Settings menu from the side-bar

  • 🗂️ Select the Categories tab

  • 🔍 Locate the category you want to update

  • ✏️ Click the Edit button next to the category’s name

  • 📝 In the edit window, you can:

    • Rename the category

    • Change the category type to either Mandatory or Optional
