Once logged in to Socxo Admin Portal, click on User in the left pane.
1. Click on “+ New User” button at the top-right side
A new pop-up will open, wherein you can upload a .csv file to invite bulk of users (limited to
500 users) (or) add users via their e-mail IDs.
The format of .csv files will be available within
the page itself.
To add users by e-mail:
2. Click Enter E-mails
3. Enter the e-mail ID of the Brand Advocate (Employee) who is to be invited to the Socxo
Portal, followed by a comma (,)
4. Click Proceed
5. Select the Teams and the Role of the employee who is to be invited, by clicking on Teams
& Roles buttons
6. Click Save to Invited button
Now, the new user will be invited via e-mail, and the user details can be found from the
Invited tab of the User Menu.
