What are the steps to create a text/image only content?

📝 How to Create Text/Image-Only Content in Socxo

  1. Go to the Content Menu

  2. Click Add New Content

  3. Select the Create Content tab

  4. Type the Title of the blurb content

  5. Enter the actual content (text/paragraphs) to be shared as the blurb

  6. Upload relevant media (Image/Video) by clicking Insert Image/Video

  7. Enter a short description about the blurb content

  8. Add Tags (optional) to enable easier classification/filtering

  9. Select the Source Type:

    • Internal: Brand-owned media

    • External: Third-party sources

  10. Select or create the Category for the content source:

    • Mandatory Content (M):
      Shown by default to advocate users (best for brand-owned media)

    • Optional Content (O):
      Users can choose to view this content (best for third-party sources)

  11. Enable or disable sharing of the blurb content by advocate users

  12. Click Save

📂 View Created Content

Access your newly created content via:
Content Menu → Internal/External Content → New tab
