Where can I view and manage my Shorten URL (tracking URL)?

1. Go to Settings

2. Click Analytics

3. Scroll down to Traffic Settings section

4.  Check if the Short URL is a Customized URL, in relevance to the brand.

The middle name will usually be the name of the brand, which is customizable (Example: social.brandname.com). This will be done already by the Socxo Support Team before the On-Boarding Process.

In case if you want to customize again, then you can contact the Socxo Support, by clicking on Socxo Support below the displayed Short URL.
