How can I configure UpContent?

⚙️ How to Configure UpContent in Socxo

  1. Go to Content Source in the Admin Portal.

  2. Click on + New Source.

  3. Select UpContent as the source type.

  4. Enter the Topic Name.

  5. In the Query Builder, add:

    • Keywords under the ALL or OR section based on how you want the content filtered.

    • Optional: Add Negative Keywords to exclude unwanted content.

  6. Select the appropriate Category (Mandatory/Optional or create a new one).

  7. Choose the Content Source Type (Internal or External).

  8. Click Create.
